Is there a difference between buying tickets from the CatchThatBus counter and its website?

No there is none. The tickets you see on their website are exactly the same as the ones sold at the counters. Their counters are there not only for you to purchase your bus tickets if you happen to be at the terminal but also to assist you if any issues may arise.

I would recommend booking online as you would save yourself the hassle of queuing up for a bus ticket. We may never know when the seats in your desired trip may run out, especially during festive seasons when tickets tend to sell quickly.
