Do I need to have a word with the bus portal where I have booked the ticket from or can I directly call the bus operator to know the status?

Well, guess what, the same thing happened with me last time. I would advise not to give a call to the bus portal you have booked the ticket from because I believe this is not under their jurisdiction.

It’s better to give a call directly to the bus operator. And anyways if you book a bus ticket from a renowned and reliable bus operator, you won’t have to face this problem.

Here are some of the trustworthy bus operators: Starmart Express, Transnasional, Plusliner, Perdana Express, Cepat Sedia Express, Seasons Express, WTS Travel & Tours, etc.
